Wedding Celebrant


I design and deliver bespoke wedding ceremonies that are all about you. Your love story, your values, your style brought together in a relaxed and heartfelt ceremony that reflects your relationship. No templates, no tired clichés, just something meaningful, joyful, and completely yours.

Funeral Celebrant

I work closely with families to create personal funeral ceremonies that truly reflect the life, personality, and values of the person who has died. Whether traditional or light-hearted, spiritual or non-religious, I take time to learn about them and craft a service that feels genuine and respectful. I guide you with empathy and clarity, helping you choose the right words, music, and moments.

I also support those planning ahead for their own funeral—so you can have the goodbye you want, your way. It gives peace of mind and lifts a huge weight from loved ones at a difficult time.

Funeral Fees start at £240

Vow Renewals

A vow renewal is a beautiful way to celebrate your journey together – whether it’s been five years or fifty. I create heartfelt, customised ceremonies that honour your love, your growth, and everything you’ve shared. It’s a time to reflect, re-commit, and rejoice, surrounded by the people who matter to you.

Vow Renewal Fees start at £650

Wedding & Vow Renewal Fees are spread over three payments. The initial payment of £150 is non-refundable and due at the time of booking to secure your date. The second payment of £250 is due prior to receiving the first draft, and the final payment is due 14 days prior to your ceremony.

About Kate

Hi, I’m Kate

As an independent celebrant, I’m passionate about helping people mark life’s most important moments in ways that feel authentic, personal, and memorable. From joyous weddings to heartfelt memorials, I strive to create ceremonies that reflect the unique stories, values, and personalities of those involved.

My Journey I’m originally from Liverpool and moved to Gloucestershire at 17, a transition that shaped my appreciation for connecting with people from all walks of life. I started out in performing arts, where I discovered my love for storytelling and creating meaningful experiences, a passion that continues to drive me today.

My path to becoming a celebrant began with my deep belief in the power of human connection. I didn’t even know being a celebrant was a job until I discovered it, and I’m so glad I did. It feels like the perfect blend of my skills and passions, and I couldn’t imagine doing anything else.

In addition to my work as a celebrant, I’ve spent years working as a hairdresser. Listening to people’s stories and helping them feel their best has always been at the heart of what I do. While I’m scaling down my hairdressing career to focus on being a celebrant (and to manage arthritis in my hands), the connections I’ve built with my clients have been invaluable in shaping my approach to ceremonies.

Before becoming a celebrant, I also worked as a public speaker, creating bespoke training programs for organizations and leading training events. This experience taught me how to connect with diverse audiences, craft engaging content, and deliver it with confidence, skills that seamlessly translate into my celebrant work.

What Matters to Me I believe that every individual deserves to have their story celebrated, no matter their background, beliefs, or traditions. Inclusivity is at the heart of everything I do, and I’m committed to honouring your unique journey with care and respect.

More About Me

  • I’m a huge animal lover and proud dog mum to Seth and Delilah. They bring so much joy (and occasional chaos) to my life, and caring for them is a big part of who I am.
  • I have three wonderful children who inspire me every day.
  • I’m also a rosé wine enthusiast and have a deep appreciation for English sparkling wines, because sometimes, life’s special moments are best paired with a glass of something bubbly.
  • When I’m not officiating ceremonies, you can find me walking my dogs, exploring different countries, and maybe visiting the odd vineyard and sampling their work.
  • My favourite part of being a celebrant? The privilege of hearing and sharing the stories that make each ceremony so special.
